By using the StyleSavvy App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the StyleSavvy mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Changes to Terms
StyleSavvy reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the StyleSavvy App. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Account
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, share, or display on the App.
6. App Services
StyleSavvy offers a range of services, including digital closet organization, trip module planning, calendar scheduling, and a marketplace for buying and selling pre-loved clothing items. Details of each service, along with features and functionalities, are outlined within the app.
Users of the StyleSavvy App can use the marketplace feature to list their clothing items for sale. By utilizing this feature, users acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Order Cancellation: Users may have the right to cancel their orders before the item is shipped. However, users cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
- Return or Exchange: StyleSavvy does not have returns or exchange policies. Users cannot return or exchange items purchased through the marketplace. Users are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions and images before placing an order.
- Disputes: If a dispute arises between buyers and sellers, StyleSavvy mediates through the mediation services to attempt a resolution. However, StyleSavvy is free from liability for any disputes arising from transactions conducted through its digital marketplace.
7. Intellectual Property
StyleSavvy and its content, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of StyleSavvy. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without the express written permission of StyleSavvy.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
StyleSavvy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, either expressed or implied. StyleSavvy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App.
11. Limitation of Liability
StyleSavvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in jurisdiction.
